All orders made before 4PM will be shipped out the same day, All delivery's are made via courier or royal mail. Standard delivery is made via Royal mail 2nd class which could take up to 3-5 working days for your order to come, unless you specifiy for another delivery option which could cost extra.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused goods with no questions asked, as long as you inform us within 7 working days of receiving your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods

In the event that you need to return an item (for whatever reason) please follow the steps below:

Contact us at xclusivemen@outlook.com to let us know why the item is to be returned, including if possible the Invoice Number on your confirmation order email.

The item should then be posted back to xclusivemen.

 

Items should be returned in their original packaging, contain original packing slip, and customers are advised to take reasonable care of the goods at all times. 

We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until they are received by ourself.
